Who can benefit?

CranioSacral Therapy

Myofascial Release

Anyone who is experiencing pain, restriction of movement, or would like to improve overall function. Many who seek treatment are looking to avoid medicine, surgery, or are simply looking for a more natural alternative to their healing journey.

Treatment can help people heal from a variety of conditions, such as headaches, back or neck pain, sciatica, acute or chronic pain, trauma, surgeries, depression, anxiety, digestive problems, fatigue, sleep issues, including rare or complex medical conditions.

All ages are welcome, including infants and children with torticollis, lip/tongue tie, nursing issues, developmental or birth trauma.

Myofascial Release

CranioSacral Therapy

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure or stretch into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Connective tissue surrounds and supports every structure in the body, including muscles, nerves, blood vessels, organs, and everything down to the cellular level. A restriction in the fascia (due to injury, illness, and other conditions) can affect all systems of the body. Everything in the body is connected, and the symptom may be far removed from the cause. The issue may be purely structural. But in some cases, there may be an emotional component. Techniques such as unwinding or dialoguing may allow for deeper releases to occur.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy

SomatoEmotional Release

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that releases tensions as well as restrictions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve overall health.

Therapists use light pressure to various areas of the body to monitor the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid flowing around the central nervous system. By monitoring the flow, the condition, and response of the tissues throughout the whole body, CST therapists can determine areas of fluid restriction and sources of dysfunction. The goal is to optimize the regulation of the nervous system and promote overall healing and wellness.

SomatoEmotional Release

Body - Mind - Spirit Centered

SomatoEmotional Release

SomatoEmotional Release™ (SER) is a therapeutic process that uses and expands on the principles of CST to help a person rid their body of the residual effects of past injuries and negative experiences.  Through therapeutic imagery and dialoguing, this technique helps to release energetic and emotional trauma held in the tissue.

"I thought I'd never be able to waterski again! Living on and loving the water this summer thanks to myofascial release!

If it wasn't for you, I'd still be using a cane and undoubtably unable to be behind a boat again."

"Kelly is on a whole other level than any other therapist. Her knowledge of myofascial release can't be beat! What's great for the horses is her technique isn't painful like deep tissue massage can be. My very opinionated horse loves her!"
